After establishing her business in 2013, Dominique has continued to bring thoughtfully designed spaces to the Lake Norman and surrounding areas. We understand that creating a beautifully livable space is important and we strive to make that process seamless for our clients. We rely on experience, expertise, and integrity to complete projects on time and on budget.

Dominique is the founder of Dominique DeLaney Interior Design. With a life long passion for creativity and a true understanding of sophisticated function, Dominique is able to create spaces that inspire and invite. Her love of traditional style matched with her eye for freshness, makes for livable and classic interiors. Every project and every client matter, and her focus is to tell the visual story of what makes their spaces a home. In understanding who her clients are, what they love, and how they live, Dominique unveils homes that are beautiful, timeless, and speak of a life well lived.
In her free time, Dominique enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children, and their golden doodle, Harper. She is an avid traveler, with her eyes always open for design inspiration.

A Winter Park, Florida native, Lily graduated with a degree in Marketing and Event Management from the University of Florida. She began her career in south Florida working alongside a talented group of designers, writers, and web developers in project management. Prior to relocating to Charlotte, she held the position of Senior Manager, leading an award-winning 30-plus Creative Marketing team. Lily joined Dominique DeLaney Interior Design to streamline business practices and support branding, social and marketing efforts. Her unique understanding of the creative and corporate worlds help run the company’s day to day.
On her off moments, Lily, alongside her husband and their two little ones, can be found exploring all the Queen City has to offer.

Born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, Ellie attended Meredith College, earning her degree in Interior Design. Upon graduation, she began her career working for high-end residential design firms including MA Allen, Judy Bentley, and Catherine M. Austin. A self-proclaimed creative problem-solver, Ellie plays an integral role at Dominique DeLaney Interior Design. With a keen eye for detail, along with a love for sourcing materials and art, spacial planning, and the creation of room layouts, she enables client's to visual their dream home at the start of every project.
On weekends, you'll find Ellie and her husband taking advantage of the latest restaurants opening in Charlotte or enjoying a beverage on patio at a local brewery.
